Gaining Access
Your unit entrance has a sign that says "A2".

House Rules
- Please leave your shoes outside because dirt and rain will make the house dirty and hard to clean up after.
- Please do not run the AC with windows open and please shut off the AC when you leave each day
- There's no smoking allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside in front or in the backyard but please throw away the butts in the trash. Signs of smoking inside will forfeit the security deposit and be reported immediately to AirBnB.
- We ask that you are respectful of the quiet neighborhood by keeping the noise down to a reasonable level after 10 PM
- There is no large parties/celebration allowed inside, signs of parties and celebration will also forfeit the security deposit
Departure

Furniture Replace any furniture that was re-arranged
Dirty Dishes Please clean up any dirty dishes and put them away
Towels/Sheets Leave used towels on the floor and bedsheets on beds
Power OFF Make sure you turn off the stove, heaters & lights
Please be sure to turn off all lights & AC. Double check to make sure you have not left any personal items behind and please send me a quick message when you have checked-out.

The Laundry Room is behind your unit. Lock box is mounted on the black metal door, code is 1515. Please be sure to put the key back after you open the door!
